The DWF 2009 Convention Cancellation Policy
In the event you have to cancel a paid registration, the cancellation policy is outlined here:
Cancellation 90 days or more before the beginning of the convention, 90% registration refund
Cancellation 60-90 days before the beginning of the convention, 75% registration refund
Cancellation 30-60 days before the beginning of the convention 50% registration refund
Cancellation 15-30 days before the convention 25% registration refund

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF YOU CANCEL 14 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE CONVENTION
