It was the best of times, it was the worst of times! It was the age of pixels they might look back and say. Well I lived thru the megapixel wars and we walked up hill both ways… in the snow! My dear friend copyright didn’t make it! Lost in an early battle with the digital scanner on the fields of online image sharing. It was one hell of a decade wasn’t it, just think of the stories we’ll have for our grandkids. 
Well the uber geeky site, pocket lint, has established their list of 10 techs that shaped the past decade. On the list more than a few items that have without a doubt changed nearly every professional photographers life. Just to name a few:
- The rise of the digital camera
- Computers got cheaper and smaller
- The mobile phone became software centric
- Access to the internet became a whole lot faster
