There are many things that attract us to the profession of photography. In addition to the fame and fortune, there’s also the incredibly glamorous lifestyle. The Washington Post reports that photographers are not alone in their desire to lead an “untethered” life. A rising trend amongst technology workers is the compulsion to be a “digital nomad.” Making your own hours, crawling from wi-fi hotspot to wi-fi hotspot, and conducting business over your smartphone.

On the flip side, I have a hard time convincing my father that I have a real job, or my grandfather that I do anything resembling work at all.

I know what you mean, try convincing my family that I am working and not “fiddling” on the computer is a full time job in itself !!!
