I’ve read many posts on “shoot and burn” weddings, ads for cheap and even free wedding photographers on Craigslist and even the controversy with Bella Pictures. I can see how this would be incredibly frustrating especially when trying to run a real photography business, and make a living while doing it.
The people at 160over90, did a little experiment with a logo competition with a company called $50Logo. Also, feeling a little frustrated with being undercut by subpar designers they decided to try the experiment out for themselves. See it here, one of the best parts about it is the company name. Tied in with the smiling “cheese” this makes me laugh every time I see it. Enjoy.

You should really read the whole story, the writer’s pithy quips are hilarious and deliciously sarcastic, all while making a very good point- quality has worth.
Waiting two months for a $50 logo revisions seems reasonable. Those kids have to deliver a LOT of pizzas for Dominos, and they need some free time with PlayStation to ferment their creativity…..it’s not like they have a TONS of time on their hands.
