Much to my shock as I was updating my Facebook page, my fan page, the DWF Facebook group and the DWF Facebook fan page I begin to get the error you see above.

I was a bit shocked so I did some digging and this is what I’ve found out about static.ak.fbcdn.net and while the article is dated this bit is what’s important.

The static.ak.fbcdn.net website is owned by Facebook and is used to serve up parsed data and application-related Ref handles when a user arrives at Facebook.com… – a11news.com

So it would seem that this is just some type of error with an ad and not a real phishing attempt but I’m not able to turn up anything current from Facebook itself. Between this and the daily twitter whale telling me they are over capacity I’m starting to wonder if the interwebs is about to explode! 2012 is just around the corner ya know.
