This has been a fear of mine for years now. An Indianapolis wedding photographer was onboard this past Saturday when the fatal bus accident occurred killing one of the groomsman. According to the IndyStar the couple was wed later that day in the very same hospital they were taken to after the crash, the hospital staff acting as wedding coordinators helping to arrange the impromptu ceremony for the grieving and injured couple.
DWF Pro Members are discussing the accident on the forums right now. I know I’ll think twice before I hop on the party bus for photos next time. How about you?

Wow, I don’t know how I feel about the fact that they still had a ceremony of sorts. What a terrible tragedy.
Remember the gruesome drunk driving accident that killed the limo driver and the flower girl? That’s what I always think of when I see stories about wedding auto accidents now.
