I like the idea of fusion. I really do but it’s so rare to see a well done example so I thought I’d share this one from Tropical Imaging in the Turks & Caicos. Hats off you guys and thanks for sharing.

LOL Jim. My sentiments EXACTLY!! Wow. I can’t get over the awesome exposures in such harsh light. Wonder if any reflectors or flash was used, of if it were just awesome post processing to blend shadow and highlights.

The exposures were mostly just natural light – usually in our lighting conditions when the sun is out there is enough bouncing around off the sand or walls or pathways to fill in harsh shadows. We don’t use reflectors or flash very much unless there’s very directional light in a shaded area, or we are shooting into a low sun at sunset and need to balance the backlighting.
