The real answer of course is because they can, but still who needs a professional quality shoulder mount image stabilization rig for their iPhone! Not about to subscribe to some silly Mac fanboy podcast, we’ll summarize. Video from the iPhone looks better if you slap like $500 worth of expensive crap on it and increase it’s bulk by 4000 percent.

I have most of the RedRock Micro stuff already, just need to get a hacked iPhone 3G that will work on Digicel or Cable & Wireless down here in the islands.
Otherwise I think a Canon HF 100 for the same money is probably a better deal…
