Author of some of the most useful Lightroom Plug-ins, Timothy Armes is at it again with Keyboard Tamer. This donationware plug-in allows users to re-assign Keyboard shortcuts and assign shortcuts to commands that don’t have them already.
Says Armes on the site: “It’s also a must for those who use Lightroom in a language that’s different to the expected one for their keyboard layout. For example, those who run Lightroom in English on a machine with a non-U.S. keyboard will normally find that many of the shortcuts are inaccessible – with this plugin they can be redefined.”
The trial version allows you to change on keyboard shortcut while a donation—any donation—will unlock the full features of the plug-in.

Trent, You’re missing a : in the web link to the Keyboard Tamer website.
Thanks Chris… Fixed it!
I was really hoping that this would allow keyboard shortcuts to frequently used items like sliders in the Develop tab. But one still cannot assign a shortcut to the exposure slider for example.
Actually, with version 1.10 Mac users can assign slider adjustments to keys.

Keyboard Tamer doesn’t work with Lightroom 3.2. Developer refuses to answer emails or fix problem. Waste of money unless I use 3.0.
If I can verify it working for LR3.2(+), and get slider adjustments in Win7 I’ll be very very happy. That’s by far the main functionality I’m looking for.
