Okay that isn’t entirely accurate, and won’t help you much with regards to wedding photography, unless you’re shooting the weddings of single-celled organisms.  Scientists at the University of California, Los Angeles have developed  the world’s fastest camera, with an effective “shutter speed” of a half a billionth of a second that can capture over six million images in a second.  Scientists expect to use the camera to photograph extremely small and fast events, like the first kiss between newlyweds who don’t really like each other, or communications between neurons.
