I just created an iPhone version to my website, and most higher-end website developers should be doing the same. If your on a home computer the flash site pops up, if your on an iphone then the more compact html version pops up. Maximum user capability. Flash is amazing, Apple will jump on the train eventually. Many of the top website development companies for photographers are already taking your flash site and building an html copy site behind it. Sites like ShowitSites, Livebooks, etc. I have a "flash site" from livebooks and I am in the top of yahoo and google for any local searches. I am moving to Showit in a few days for a LOT more flexibility. Since it has the same back end component of making an HTML site behind it, I feel comfortable.
