Yes! What this world needs is yet another way to drop hold your $4000 camera… Introducing the Spider Holster.
I’m in love with the idea of this holster but I can picture myself with my pants around my ankles already. What bride wouldn’t want that at their wedding. Not to mention it doesn’t appear to have a locking mechanism to hold your camera in place.
And now I can’t get the Spiderman theme song out of my head dammit!

I’d love something that would relieve my neck and lower back.. but that would be secure with the rigours of an 8 hour wedding day for example. And I dread to think the mark up on this item. I’m a skeptic I know! I will do the usual googlin’ now tho…
I agree with Mark about Bubba’s plumber’s pants… If it is so easy to pick up and shoot, it seems that a good jostle or a set of sticky fingers could easily dislodge the camera. Let’s face it carrying around several pounds of camera and lens does get tiring. I use the mix of handgrip, shoulder strap and lowerpro over the shoulder (messenger) bag depending on where, what and how long I need to have my camera available. The bag even has a hip strap to remove the shoulder load for longer treks.
