Prepare for COST (by cost I mean the sum total expense out of pocket that you pay for any internet based access or service) based UPON USE of the internet. The floodgates will officially be open depending on how the vote goes today. There can be little doubt that in the end if a company is paying more for net access it will trickle down to us the end-users. I’m still confused as to why we are fixing a system that really was not broken.
