Google may have you running photoshop, and editing word documents in your internet browser. That’s right kids, google is not just for searching out “how to shoot weddings” or “how to be rich” anymore. They are developing new Operating Software that will no longer require use of those pesky hard drives. Everything will be done online.
Google is working with unnamed computer manufactures to define specifications for these computers. The OS is called Chrome OS, but don’t think you will be installing this on your macbook pro. You will need to buy a netbook style computer from one of the unnamed manufacturers.

As long as there’s the ability to work offline (in case of outages or no immediate net access), and Google handles backup redundancy, then I’ll keep my mind open to the possibilities.
