What do we as photographers need for for 2010?  More gadgets related to online media!  So what can we expect to see in 2010?

1. Apple’s Tablet - Check out the iSlate on January 25th, if the rumors are true.  It is something to do with kindle and an iPod.  You’ll have to figure this one out yourself.  But it is supposed to be really cool.

2. Net Phone – Your phone bill will soon be a thing of the past, people are working hard to make all communication done via the net.

3. Net Nuetrality –  You didn’t think your phone company would let that last did you.  They are putting up a struggle against the net phone.

4. Social Profile Management(Advanced Analytics) - Get your facbeook page and twitter page up to spec people, they are getting even bigger in 2010.

5. Virtualization – Client desktop computing is surely the new way towards connecting people to offices.

6. Online TV -  I can vouch for this my self, I spent my saturday watching re-runs of “What’s Happenin” and “Gidget”.  All from hulu on the apple tv.  It’s not hd yet, but give it time.

7. Cloud Computing -  Virtual resource management!  I am already utilizing this type of service and I can safely say you should be to.

8. Augmented Reality – Soon you wont even have to travel to go site seeing, you will be able to do it from google maps.  I am all for that!

9. Online Microsoft Office - Bill Gates paid to have this put in the article.  (allegedly)

10. Mobile Transaction (Mobile Banking) – I guess you can travel to your bank through Augmented Reality if you enjoyed the sites on the way.  Because you won’t have to go to your bank anymore.  It will all be done online.
