The AP and the NYT are reporting that Karen Tucker of Pittsburgh, PA entered a plea agreement (guilty of wire fraud and identity theft) in exchange for a lenient sentencing. The good news is that she’ll probably not get off 100% scott free as prosecutors are looking for a five-year prison sentence.

She’ll be sentenced on Jan 12th but for now you can read more about her case in the New York Times.
