WPPI has announced that they are awarding for the first time ever, a scholarship to the Wedding Photography Certificate Program at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.
Students that plan on going to WPPI need to submit a 12 image portfolio, an essay on “Why I Want to be a Wedding Photographer”, and three letters of recommendation from people in the portrait/wedding industry. Nominations will be made by WPPI panel and the scholarship recipient will be determined by the Brooks Institute.
Grand prize is tuition and fees (valued at $14,940) to the Brooks Institute Wedding Certificate Program with winners being announced at the WPPI awards ceremony on Wednesday, March 10th at the MGM Grand.
