The first major update to Lightroom 3 is out. Yes, it’s 3.2. They skipped a number to catch up with Camera RAW.
The big news? Direct publish to Facebook and Smugmug without a plug-in.
The slightly less big news? Lots of new cameras and lenses added to the program.
The obvious news? Lots of bug fixes.
The “I don’t know, so don’t ask me” no news? We don’t know yet if this helps with the performance issues Windows users were having.
Go check out the entire list of new features and fixes over on the Adobe Lightroom Journal blog.

I’m one of those still running v2.7 since v3.x has proven to be too slow to use on a on a fast Corei7 workstation and unusable due to Wacom tablet driver conflicts.
Unfortunately the 3.2 release candidate version did not appear to solve these problems. It’s a shame because would love to give them more money to be able to use the improved noise reduction algorhythm.
Adobe FAIL.
