This sale is for a Canon x600 Projector. I bought the projector a year ago. It is in mint condition. Also, I have a 3 year bulb warranty. 2 years left on it. This projector is selling at retailers for around $2400.00 I purchased it new for $3200.00 last year. This is an excellent projector. I no longer need it because I have closed my photography studio. I am only asking $1500.00 this is a great deal.

LCOS -- or Liquid Crystal On Silicon -- has taken projectors to a whole new level. Razor-sharp images are yours with Canon's new REALiS X600 projector. The X600's XGA gives you the crispness of 1024x768 lines of resolution. The REALiS X600's VGA input supports WXGA (1366x768) which is used in today's wide screen laptops. This unit also supports High Definition video sources.

The 1.7x Ultra-Wide Zoom Lens has the widest zoom range of any of Canon's projector lenses, giving you a diagonal screen size range of 40" (at a very short projection distance of 3.9') to 300". At a short 9.8' distance, you still get a 100" screen. And if that's not enough, the Digital Zoom feature gives you an additional zoom range of 1.5x to 12x. With dimensions of 8.9" W x 13.2" D x 4.5" H (226 x 336 x 114mm) and a weight of only 10.4lbs (4.7kg), the X600 is an ultra-portable and compact projector that's easy to carry and set up, wherever you need it. And with an array of advanced and well-designed features, it's also extremely easy to use:
Keystone Correction lets you project a perfect image by correcting for keystone distortion of /- 20 degrees horizontally or vertically. Plus, depending on your requirements, you can use it for rear-projection, or you can mount it on the ceiling with an optional Ceiling Mount Adapter.
The X600's new Auto Setup feature is quick and accurate. With the touch of a button, it only takes seconds to setup:
* Auto Focus -- your X600 measures the distance to the screen and makes your projected image razor-sharp
* Auto Input -- the projector automatically detects the input port
* Auto Keystone -- keystone correction is automatically applied
* Auto Screen Color Correction -- the projector automatically compensates for the color of the projection surface
Once it's set up, operating your projector is easy with the help of Guidance Functions that display operating instructions in an on-screen window. A Graphical User Interface also makes for easy operation, with three menus for quick access to display settings, image adjustments and system settings. You never have to wait for the projector to cool down before unplugging it and heading to your next meeting -- the projector's fan continues to operate, powered by an internal charging system. The X600's DVI-I terminal gives you a true digital connection -- from source to display. (The terminal also accepts an analog signal from your laptop computer, and devices with a VGA terminal.)

Color Modes
With the REALiS X600, you can select between four Color Modes, each one designed for a different type of projection:
* Standard mode gives you images closely resembling the original, with an emphasis on white areas
* Presentation mode increases contrast between bright and dark areas, making it easier to see detailed diagrams and text
* sRGB mode is optimized for sRGB images, which includes those produced by many digital cameras
* Movie mode emphasizes gradation to produce realistic depth and dimension -- the best way to watch your favorite movie or home video
You can also create custom settings by adjusting 7 different aspects (brightness, contrast, sharpness, gamma, and more) for each of the four image modes. That means 28 different custom image modes in total, and that means a perfect picture, no matter what you're viewing.
Complete Color Control
Your projection screen is your canvas with the X600's unparalleled color control. An easy-to-use Graphical User Interface lets you adjust your palette of colors to paint the picture you want for your audience.
With Memory/Vivid Color Correction, you can adjust the degree of vividness of each of the primary colors (red, green, blue) and each of the secondary colors (cyan, magenta, yellow). Choose between low, medium, and high to project the image the way you remember it.
Plus, the projector's 6-axis (RGBCMY) Color Adjustment lets you fine-tune the hue and saturation of each of the primary and secondary colors. This high degree of control makes each projected image a masterpiece.
