Quantum T2 Flash with Turbo Battery. The battery core was just replaced before I got it 2 years ago, and I have kept the battery in excellent condition since then (charging after each use and maintaining charges during off season).
Includes several cables for direct camera connection, and 1 for a pocketwizard receiver. Also the gold bare bulb reflector, 2 Quantum brand "L" brackets for mounting on a stand w/umbrella, an umbrella bracket (umbrella not included!), and the softbox adapter that fits in place of the standard reflector (softbox not included).
Also a handy Canon bag to carry all this gear around in!
