I am trying to find a cheap zoom lens for a day out in June at Silverstone (Formula 1 Testing). Something like a Tamron 200-500 or a Sigma 170-500 would be ideal.
It is all for personal interest, not professional, so doesnt need to be the most amazing lens, I just want to be able to photograph Motorsports with it once or twice a year.
I dont have a need for a Canon 100-400 or anything of that value, but if you do have a dust-covered lens up to about 400 or 500mm at the back of the cupboard that you just dont use, maybe I can make you an offer?
