Inside diameter of ring is 79mm.
N.B. this ring is not a Canon original part and it will NOT fit on the 70-200 IS.
A nicely machined piece. Cost me $25 with shipping and a two week wait.

im curious on some of the forums im on they say this will fit the 70-200mm f4/l but ive read that there is risk of damage the af components inside?
