 Canon has issued a service notice for their new Powershot G10.
Popular among wedding photographers as a macro and specialty camera, the problem lies in random lines appearing in some images. Canon is offering a free repair and G10 owners should check their serial numbers to see if they may have one of the problematic cameras.
