April Fools |
Last week, our lead story in the DWF Newsletter was about an uber expensive lifetime membership plan, in which we urged you to mortgage your future and join the DWF til death.Anyone who clicked the link got the joke, but people are still asking about lifetime membership a week later. If you have a spare $1290 lying around, the DWF doesn't have a lifetime membership plan, but if you have a spare $1290 lying around-- we suggest a tropical vacation. And many thanks to the member who asked about an afterlife membership.

Twitter Account Name Squatting |
Twitter gets about 10,000 new accounts every day. Since registering a Twitter name is free, it's no surprise that people are snapping them up like free domain names. Even if you're not using Twitter and never intend to, you might not want someone registering and using your name or business name.
There is a great thread bouncing around in PRO Business explaining why it's at least a good idea to get your Twitter name snapped up--even if you don't plan on ever using it.
