Doin' Biz: The Comments About
Vendors Forum |
When it's time to buy, check what DWF members are saying about the company you're about to do business with.
The cool thing about our Comments about Vendors Forum is our "no ranting" rule. If you start screeching "put this company out of business" the post gets moderated. Members are urged to post their vendor experiences, but without all the anger, fury, and hate. Just tell us what happened, good or bad.
Get the facts about real world experiences, and we've revised the rules to make it even easier to post your real world experiences!

WedFog Extra Two Weeks |
Roughly 10 days ago, the WedFog server was infected with a virus resulting in a brief period of intermittent service while we restored, repaired and upgraded the server.
As compensation we've credited all current subscribers with 2 free weeks for this downtime and for any inconvenience and frustrations. We would like to once again thank our dedicated member Mark Romine for being the first one to send up the red flag which lead to us discovering the infection.

Upcoming Shootouts are in the works! Be sure to join the DWF Network: Photog Shootout so you can keep current on all of the latest action!

Don't Cry. A Business Strategy |
Spirit Airlines that offers low fares, but doesn't want to hear you whine about less service. They really don't. This has sparked a DWF PRO discussion about offering less service. Since some photographers are feeling pressure to lower prices, does it make sense to offer less in order to protect your profits?

DWF Featured Member |
This week's DWF Featured Member was an Air Force pilot and mountain climbing guide before he started to earn his living with wedding and portrait photography.
Jay Philbrick says fellow DWF member David A. Williams is one of his biggest inspirations and changed the way he looked at photography.
