Spending on Weddings |
The
Washington Post has published an article about spending on
weddings during tough times.
How brides are coping with financial uncertainty, and how
vendors are rolling with it. See how caterers and others deal
with adversity.

Let's Talk Lighting |
Simon
Kemp and others have been good enough to address the age
old question:
How many DWF’ers does it take to change a lightbulb?

DWF People in Focus |
Sadly,
two of our members have lost children: Tim Schooler’s
grandson Cooper and David Pearce’s son Oliver. Our
hearts go out to both families.
Kym Griffiths and her family welcomed baby Finnley on
July 15th, Jaco Fourie and his wife brought a new life
into the world, with a beautiful video to document the event.
Joshsolarphoto and his wife have a new baby girl, their
third and last. Rob Greer has a new studio space AND a
new roommate, fellow DWFer Vanessa Stump. John
Edgar’s bride and groom photo made the cover of
Professional Imagemaker! For an extra laugh, if you need one,
and who doesn’t, Chrissy has posted a blog about cakes
that would even scare Cakemeister Mikel. You’ll never
look at a fireman the same way again!
